As a learning consultant and designer, I come from a place of empathy and understanding. I think it's important to appreciate the learner's point of view so I can design more impactful learning and performance solutions. I also thrive on building authentic relationships with peers, SMEs, and stakeholders to achieve these goals.
Through my years of experience, I've developed extensive knowledge of the instructional design process, adult learning principles, and various project management methodologies. However, as a life-long learner myself, I stay curious and informed about current learning trends by exploring content, reading articles, and engaging with the learning and development community.
